This design solution transforms a young couple’s existing home to better accommodate their two kids and space to work from home. This concept package explores the ways a renovation and 450 sf addition could better suit their needs. With strategic demolition to portions of the existing structure, this approach allows for larger bedrooms for the kids to grow into, a second office space, and family room, while providing a strong connection to their backyard.
